Who doesn’t like a trip to the beach when your niece and nephews live in Utah. The day was perfect warm and not breeze, Which I love!!! I hate going to the beach when it is windy! We played at the park at Ventura Pier, than went to lunch at the Habit and than back to the park!!!

What was Nephi’s response when the people in the strange building mocked him and the others who were partaking of the fruit? Why?
We also sent an afternoon at the duck park! Anne was not to sure about all the ducks, geese and pigeons. However, she did want to get in the pound. William was content on chase the birds and Marie feeding the them.
We sent a day at the Los Angles Zoo. William and Marie got to ride the new carousal. Anne was in awe at all the animals.
We were lucky to go and see the baby tiger cubs that were born about 5 months ago.

On another note while visiting William and I couldn’t find the big box of Lego’s but I did find Kinetix. William insisted I take a picture of what he had built with them.

Well this post is a long time coming. Bethany, Brandon and the kids made a late minute week vacation and came down to visits us in California. William, Marie and I played a mad game of Candyland! I think William won! Maybe it was because his piece was Ethan.

Monday Family Home Evening was a trip down to the Los Angles Temple to visit the Visitor Center and walk the grounds of the temple. Than we had pizza a pizza place close to the temple and than ice cream and cookies at Dee Dee Reeve’s. According to William it was the best Family Home Evening Ever!!
