Sabbath Day Kitty

Don’t worry Amber and I didn’t buy her on Sunday! Funny story about 2 weeks ago we discussed getting a cat. The next day Amber texted me and said, “Hey, I had a dream we got a black and white cat.” That weekend we went looking for a cat at the McKinney animal shelter and Petco adoption. We were looking for a short haired and declawed cat. They had 2 at Petco but we didn’t get to see them until they were closed. On the way home we had an inkling to go back the next day (Sunday). These cats were not black and white. Well, we decided to keep the Sabbath and wait till the next Friday. We also decided to go see what was at the Plano animal shelter instead. they had 3 declawed cats. The first, was a white deaf cat, the second, a 15 year old and the third, a with and black female cat 3years old. Well we decided on the white and black cat. It took us a week to name her. we finally decided on Patches.

 

 

My New Favorite Series

So, my sister has been watch the seasons of Psych and loves them. She told me I should watch. At first I thought nope that looks like a lame show. But, when I got home to Texas I decided to give it a try. Oh My Gosh! Funniest show ever and totally cracks me up and puts me in a good mood! Shawn and Gus relationship is so childish it is funny. It is like Shawn never grew up! Here is a clips for the show

Ventura Beach

What did we do the day it snowed in Texas and Utah. We went to Ventura Beach of course Dad and William rode scooters, Bethany and I pushed Anne and Marie in the strollers. We also played at the park and ate at the Habit.

 

 

Morning @ the Beach

After lots and lots of shopping at the stores, wrapping presents, eating food, unwrapping presents and other Christmas activities. We decided to head to the beach. I don’t remember what the name of the beach was. The boys (Brandon and Cory) and 2 girls (Rachel and Sara) went surfing. The rest of the family hung out on the beach.

Christmas Eve

With the Bethany and Rachel's family, mom and dad, and Sara and I, that gives us 12 people in mom and dad's house in California for Christmas. Christmas Eve is always exciting in the evening at our house. We have a fondue party, read the story of the birth of Christ and open 2 present which are always pj's and a book. This year I got the book A Singles Voice. Great read I differently recommended all singles, parents and siblings of singles, and bishops and Branch Presidents.

It looks like William is crying but he is not.
