I Have IT!

May dad and I went to Lowe's and Home Depot yesterday afternoon to get miniature roses and look at stepping stone ideas for the backyard garden. My dad gave me the idea to do a rock path (shown edited in the picture below) and than paving stones on the raised part.

Tomorrow I will plant the roses and weed more and take another picture!!

In Our Backyard

See the big patch of dirt on the right side. It is the empty spot. Will I pulled a big plant out yesterday that was over taking my mom's mini roses.

Will now I need some ideas for that big empty spot...pond and fountain...just fountain...more plants...

We need to hide the sprinkler system pipes but still have excess able...ummmm

Caterpillar Bib

I love this bib! I found the pattern by simiplicy. There are other option as well. This one is for my sister Bethany's new baby boy Samuel. I plan on making one for my brother Dan's new boy Jacob also but a different animal. I think I will make a few for our ward silent auction also.

Day 51

Well I am now just 2 chapters behind in being caught up to day 51. It is better than 10 chapters!!

Well time to get some sleep, have to be up real early to take my mom to the airport. She is head to Utah to help Bethany and there family adjust to little Samuel in their lives.

Day 50

Well I can't believe it I actually fell behind in my scripture reading. I am 10 chapters behind. So my goal tomorrow is to catch up. I kind of slack off because one night I forgot and than almost forgot the next night so, I just read read one chapter and one chapter after that. So tomorrow is my day to catch up.

Extra Trip to Utah

Last minute and when I say last minute I mean Bethany calls Friday, February 3, 2012 having preterm pregnancy contractions at 34 weeks. So, mom and dad made a flight reservation for early Monday morning, February 6th. As far as I know she has not had may more contractions and she has made it to 35 weeks. The goal is to get to 36!!

I believe I have been a good help. Probably most with Anne, taking her outside to play and entertaining her, doing dishes, read stories to the kiddo, and doing little chores!

Yesterday we got to go outside for an hour instead of an hour and half since the day before it was raining! Yes I said raining in Utah in the middle of winter. Yesterday it was 47 degrees!!!
